UPS is installed to hold the power for up to 45 minutes in case of a interruption

Air condition is installed 4 separate for the working area + technical room  

actually there is a Kahuna 9600 3G/UHD vision mixer and a Soundcraft VE1 Audiomixer installed.

the monitors are 3G workable.
